Erdoğan Awards Tebboune Turkey’s Order Of The State During Ankara Strategic Summit

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan awarded Algeria’s President Abdelmadjid Tebboune the Order of the State on Thursday in Ankara during Tebboune’s official visit, highlighting the accelerating strategic alignment between the two regional partners.
Tebboune, who arrived Wednesday with a high-level delegation, is co-chairing with Erdoğan the inaugural session of the Algerian-Turkish High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council, aimed at institutionalising expanding bilateral coordination across diplomacy, trade, investment and regional strategy.
The visit reflects deepening Algerian-Turkish ties as Ankara consolidates its position among Algeria’s leading non-European economic and geopolitical partners.
