Capital modernisation plan reviewed during Algiers–Somalia talks

Algiers — Mohamed Abdenour Rabehi, Wali of Algiers, received Ali Yusuf Ali Hosh, Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation of the Federal Republic of Somalia, in Algiers, according to a statement from the wilaya services.
The meeting included a presentation on strategic development and modernisation projects for the capital, following an address by Rabehi.
Rabehi highlighted the strength of bilateral relations based on cooperation, solidarity and mutual respect.
Hosh stressed the depth of Algerian–Somali relations and commended Algeria’s role in Africa through initiatives aimed at strengthening cooperation and regional convergence. He also welcomed ongoing efforts to modernise urban planning and infrastructure within the capital under the strategic vision programme.
