Djezzy, National Retirement Fund sign digital transformation cooperation deal

Algiers — Djezzy and the National Retirement Fund signed a framework cooperation agreement in Algiers to advance digital transformation and innovation in public service delivery.
The agreement was signed by National Retirement Fund Director General Hafid Adrar and Djezzy Director General Boumediene Senouci at Djezzy headquarters in Dar El Beïda, in the presence of senior officials from both sides.
The deal provides for the integration of Djezzy’s technological solutions to enhance connectivity across retirement fund structures, modernise communication systems and accelerate service digitisation.
Both sides reaffirmed a commitment to deploying digital tools to improve administrative efficiency and service performance, with a focus on citizen-oriented services.
