Algérie Poste Prioritises Service Quality as Key Sites Earn ISO Certification

Algérie Poste’s Director General, Chiraz Bachiri, said the citizen remains at the core of the institution’s strategic priorities, as the organisation continues efforts to deliver a structured, stable and continuously improving public service across its national network.
Speaking at a ceremony marking the certification of five strategic operational sites to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard, she described the accreditation as a key milestone in the institution’s modernisation trajectory and a reflection of its commitment to embedding a culture of quality and performance enhancement aligned with international management standards.
She said the certification reflects progress in establishing a quality management system based on process control, procedural standardisation and continuous performance evaluation, in line with internationally recognised benchmarks.
The initiative forms part of broader efforts by Algérie Poste to upgrade operational efficiency and strengthen service delivery standards across its nationwide infrastructure.
