The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion is introducing a new digital platform on August 11 to allow economic operators to submit concerns, track their processing remotely and access services linked to the ministry’s expanding network of digital platforms without routine visits to its central offices.

ALGIERS — The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion is launching a new electronic platform dedicated to receiving and processing concerns submitted by economic operators, as part of the government’s broader push to digitise administrative services and streamline procedures.
The platform will allow operators to submit their concerns remotely and monitor the progress of their requests without having to travel to the ministry’s headquarters or central services. The system is designed to reduce administrative burdens, save time and simplify procedures.
Where the nature of a request or file requires further clarification, ministry services may invite the concerned operator to appear in person to provide additional information, explanations or the required documents.
A single interface for multiple digital services
The new platform includes dedicated spaces for concerns relating to several digital platforms operated by the ministry.
These include the platform for the import of raw materials and equipment intended for manufacturing, the system for monitoring advance import programmes covering raw materials, goods and merchandise intended for resale as is, and the platform for managing and monitoring service-import operations.
It also covers the digital platform dedicated to managing the Special Fund for the Promotion of Exports, as well as the platform handling export operations.
Fifth digital platform launched in 2026
The ministry described the new service as the fifth digital platform launched by the department in 2026, within the implementation of the authorities’ directives to accelerate digital transformation, modernise public administration, digitise services and expand the use of digital solutions in managing files related to economic activity.
The platform will officially enter service on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, for the benefit of economic operators.
