Algeria will take part in the International Food Show in Africa (IFSA Africa), scheduled from 9 to 11 June 2026 at the Kram Exhibition Centre in Tunis, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion said, informing domestic economic operators active in food production and agricultural exports.

The ministry said IFSA Africa serves as a key continental platform bringing together international suppliers and major African buyers. Beyond a conventional trade fair, it is positioned as a commercial hub designed to facilitate market entry, strengthen business linkages, and track evolving consumer preferences and industry trends across the region.

The event targets manufacturers, retailers, food service professionals, importers and distributors seeking operational solutions to enhance production capacity and meet supply chain requirements.

It will also showcase global food industry innovations adapted to African markets, with hundreds of international exhibitors expected to present technologies ranging from sustainable processing and advanced packaging systems to specialised ingredients and niche food products. The exhibition will cover a broad spectrum of the sector, including processing, packaging and cold chain technologies, storage and logistics solutions, ready meals and seafood, food manufacturing, organic products, beverages, and the wider hospitality, restaurant and café industry.

The ministry invited interested Algerian exporters to register for participation via its official platform: https://www.mcepe.gov.dz/index.php/ar/salon-agroalimentaire-tunisie
