National Solidarity Ministry Recognised for Ethics and Transparency Initiative
Algeria’s High Authority for Transparency, Prevention and Fight Against Corruption has honoured the Ministry of National Solidarity, Family and Women’s Affairs for its Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics initiative, recognising it among the country’s leading integrity programmes.

Algeria’s Ministry of National Solidarity, Family and Women’s Affairs has been recognised by the High Authority for Transparency, Prevention and Fight Against Corruption for its efforts to strengthen integrity and ethical governance through the implementation of a comprehensive Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics.
According to a ministry statement, the initiative was selected among Algeria’s best national initiatives of 2025 for promoting transparency, integrity and ethical standards within the public service.
The distinction recognises the ministry’s efforts, under the leadership of Minister Soraya Mouloudji, to implement the directives of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune aimed at strengthening transparency, integrity and good governance while advancing Algeria’s commitments under the National Strategy for Transparency, Prevention and Fight Against Corruption.
Promoting Ethical Governance
The ministry said the recognition reflects its success in fostering an institutional culture based on compliance, accountability and professional ethics through the adoption of an integrated code of conduct governing public service practices.
It added that the initiative has contributed to strengthening corruption prevention mechanisms, reinforcing internal oversight and accountability systems, and improving the quality of public administration and service delivery in line with recognised standards of efficiency and transparency.
According to the ministry, the programme forms part of broader efforts to build a modern public administration founded on integrity, sound governance and institutional responsibility.
