Vietnam Showcases Products from 40 Companies at 57th Algiers International Fair

ALGIERS – Vietnam is participating in the 57th edition of the Algiers International Fair (FIA 2026) through the involvement of 40 companies, as part of efforts to strengthen its commercial presence and expand business opportunities in the Algerian market.
The participation is being coordinated by the Vietnamese Embassy in Algeria and the Vietnam Trade Office, with the event taking place from June 22 to 27 at the SAFEX Exhibition Centre in Algiers.
Held under the theme “Confidence and Stability for Sustainable Growth,” the fair brings together exhibitors from a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, energy, agribusiness, construction, services, and trade, providing a platform for exchanges between companies, investors, and economic stakeholders from across the world.
According to Hoàng Đức Nhuân, Vietnam’s Trade Counsellor in Algeria, forty Vietnamese companies have submitted products and promotional catalogues for display at the exhibition, primarily representing the agricultural, beverage, plastics, and construction materials industries.
The Vietnamese pavilion attracted significant visitor interest from the opening day of the fair, welcoming hundreds of attendees interested in exploring the showcased products and engaging with company representatives.
According to organisers, many visitors expressed appreciation for the quality of the products on display and showed strong interest in potential commercial partnerships and future business cooperation with Vietnamese companies.
Vietnam’s participation reflects ongoing efforts to deepen economic and trade relations with Algeria while promoting the competitiveness of Vietnamese products in international markets.
