Algiers — Air Algérie announced Thursday the launch of additional domestic air services operating every Monday from May 25, as the national carrier moves to reinforce internal connectivity and respond to growing passenger demand across key regional corridors.
According to a company statement, the newly introduced routes will link Algiers, Annaba and El Oued through four scheduled services: Algiers–Annaba, Annaba–El Oued, El Oued–Annaba and Annaba–Algiers.
The airline said the expansion forms part of broader efforts to strengthen the domestic network, improve inter-wilaya mobility and enhance the continuity of air transport services between major eastern and southern destinations.
The additional flights reflect Air Algérie’s ongoing strategy to consolidate regional accessibility and support the development of Algeria’s domestic air transport infrastructure amid sustained growth in internal travel demand.
