El Bina Movement Unveils Election Platform Backing “Victorious Algeria” Agenda Ahead of July Legislative Vote

Algiers — Abdelkader Bengrina said Thursday that the electoral programme of the El Bina Movement for Algeria’s July 2 legislative elections is based on a “multidimensional strategic vision” aimed at supporting the process of “Victorious Algeria” and strengthening the country’s internal front.
Speaking during a press conference in Algiers held under the slogan “Let Us Mobilise Together… Algeria Triumphs,” Bengrina said the party’s platform supports state institutions, reinforces national cohesion and preserves national memory.
The programme also seeks to promote sustainable development, strengthen the role of parliament in legislation and oversight, and address citizens’ concerns, he added.
Bengrina called on party candidates to demonstrate “a sense of responsibility” during the upcoming electoral campaign, urging them to adhere to political ethics and adopt what he described as a refined public discourse reflecting the values of fair democratic competition in service of citizens.
He also reaffirmed the movement’s ambition to consolidate its national presence across Algeria’s various electoral constituencies ahead of the legislative vote.
