Algeria Announces Final Results of National Magistrate Recruitment Competition

ALGIERS — Algeria’s Ministry of Justice announced on Sunday the final results of the 2025 National Competition for the Recruitment of Student Magistrates, confirming the admission of 214 successful candidates following the completion of the selection process.
In a statement, the ministry said the results were approved after the examination jury concluded its deliberations on 28 June 2026, officially validating the list of candidates admitted to the National School of the Judiciary.
214 Candidates Successfully Admitted
According to the ministry, a total of 214 candidates were declared successful in the national recruitment competition for student magistrates, which forms part of Algeria’s judicial training and recruitment programme.
The announcement marks the conclusion of the 2025 competition, following the evaluation and validation of candidates by the examination committee.
Training to Begin in January 2027
The Ministry of Justice stated that the successful candidates will officially join the National School of the Judiciary on 3 January 2027, where they will begin their judicial training before joining Algeria’s magistracy.
The National School of the Judiciary is responsible for training future magistrates and strengthening judicial competencies as part of the country’s efforts to enhance the performance and professionalism of the justice sector.
