Boughali Receives Outgoing Ambassador of Côte d’Ivoire to Algeria in Farewell Visit

ALGIERS — The President of the People’s National Assembly (APN), Brahim Boughali, received on Monday the Ambassador of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire to Algeria, Alphonse Voho Sahi, in a farewell visit marking the end of his diplomatic mission in the country, according to a statement issued by the APN.
During the meeting, Boughali reviewed the state of bilateral relations between Algeria and Côte d’Ivoire, highlighting the various dimensions of cooperation between the two countries. He also commended what he described as the ambassador’s sustained efforts to strengthen and develop these relations throughout his tenure in Algeria.
For his part, Ambassador Alphonse Voho Sahi expressed his gratitude for the warm reception he received during his mission, while praising the level of relations binding the two countries. He called for further consolidation of bilateral cooperation, particularly in the economic domain, in order to better respond to the aspirations of both nations.
