Algiers — A high-level delegation of leading Ivorian energy companies visited Sonelgaz’s Electricity System Management Directorate in Algiers on Tuesday, as both countries explore avenues to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the power sector.
According to a Sonelgaz statement, the visit began with a comprehensive presentation of the company’s core missions, operational performance indicators, and strategic development projects, particularly those linked to the expansion of electricity transmission infrastructure and national grid management systems.
Discussions focused on maintenance strategies for the electricity network, including the potential integration of artificial intelligence for predictive maintenance.
