Tebboune Awards Algerian Cup Trophy to USMA Captain After Final Victory

President Abdelmadjid Tebboune presented the Algerian Cup trophy to Saâdi Radouani following USM Alger’s 2–1 victory over CR Belouizdad in the final of the 59th edition of the competition in Algiers.
Attending the match at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Baraki alongside senior state officials and government members, the president also awarded medals to players and technical staff from both sides, and honoured the match officials.
USMA secured the title with first-half goals from Dramane Kamagaté (22’) and Ahmed Khaldi (43’), before CR Belouizdad reduced the deficit through Younes Ouassaa in the 62nd minute.
Played before a large crowd under overcast conditions, the final was officiated by Akrem Mechairia, assisted by Mokrane Gourari and Mohamed Ghozlane, with video assistance led by Taib Bouderbal.
The result consolidates USMA’s standing as a leading force in the competition, extending its record in Algerian cup football with a tenth title.
